BP is now planning to replace the current well cap with one which will allow them to capture more oil than was currently being captured.
I don’t understand how the US Government can sit back and say NOTHING about a two-day oil gushing free for all in the gulf. Can’t they do this in sync somehow?

Let’s just hope this works, unlike their first attempt.
