Chicago, the windy city – kept up to it’s name this weekend as a blustery wind picked a 2 year old child up in his stroller while his grandfather watched in awe as the child was thrown into the Harbor. The same wind seemed to kick up a flurry of violence in Chicago as well.
20 shootings in 24 hours seems a bit much, but it was actually in 17 hours – making it a near record spree of shooting. While gang violence is to blame for the eruption of violence, you can rest assured that many residents are unsettled as evening approaches in the violent midwest town.
