Working with ISPs and Webhosts regarding DCMA related issues is always a little touchy. First of all, great power is put into the hands of the individual filing a DCMA request. I mean… You ARE after all taking their website down. So – be sure you have the right information. In efforts to be thorough in your “web host” identification process, and ensure you send the right web hosting company the correct DCMA demand, you may wish to pick up the phone.
