Every more technical – the battle against "Search Domain" companies

Search MessFighting domain squatters is not a fun job, nor any easy one. As of late, it’s getting even tougher.

For example, there is a company called “North American Internet.” They LOVE to register cyber-squatting domains and utilize them for search purposes and sell CPC links on the pages. Well, they have turned over several domains to me over time, problem is, they keep registering them.

I can’t take it! What don’t people get! If it’s my domain, it’s my domain! STOP IT!

N0w, they call themselves legitimate “search” companies who buy popular domains, based on a formula of some-kind which allows them to predict CPC revenue based on the domain. And now, they’ll tell you that – right up front, apologize for the error and give you the domain.

I’m tired of chasing these guys. Anyone else?
