Tonight, skimming for “new’” episodes on the TV Guide widget on my iGoogle homepage, I noticed a series I hadn’t seen before – HawthoRNe. Another medical drama, but none the less, it was about to start season two, and I didn’t know there was a season one. This is coming from a guy who feels at times I have ‘drained the internet dry.’
Then, I realized, if it’s not on Hulu, I don’t pay any attention. I troll the Recently Added section, keep New Series from Hulu via RSS on my iGoogle page too – let’s just say, I keep up with current television shows. But not this one.
So, I head over to the TNT.TV site, and there it is – so now I’m watching the first of what may turn into many episodes. CBS recently announced they may be adding shows via the Hulu Plus subscription service, so perhaps others will follow. For $10 a month, who needs cable?
