Single guys like simple things — heck, girls do for that matter too — and the “Knork” (a combination of a knife and fork), is a great way to cut down on dirty silverware for the occasional need to cut something apart.

Think about it, you often need to cut something but a knife is just really overkill, while a traditional fork is just too dull to do the job right.  Enter the Knork, and the side is somewhat sharpened to provide a better cutting surface.  They are cool, and modern.  I saw them a week or two ago somewhere and nearly ordered them.
