Okay, the crazies have landed. You may have head about the ‘No Sagging Pants’ Ordinance that was passed, well, this fella says his doctor told him wearing a skirt would allow his ‘area’ to breathe and that sweat would evaporate. So, he rides around wearing a skirt and as one of his customer says (while a pixelated area is required while he’s riding the mower) ‘If you don’t like it - don’t look!’
