My father pointed me to a new site that has a wealth of the strange, bizarre and genuinely interesting sites and things that, well, will be appearing on my site for the coming years you can expect. One such find was a graphic experimentation in MICROWAVE vs. NON MICROWAVED water and it’s use as a nutritional substance for a common plant. Not overly scientific.
Take two plants, root one in nuked water, one in purified water. Then see what happens, it amazingly, makes quite a difference.
The whole “nuke it” and it’s okay thing kinda bugs me. If you nuked me, I’d cook. The radiation from long-term exposure to microwaves can make people develop cancer. Can foods nuked make you develop cancer? Not in this old plant….
Below is a sience fair project that my granddaughter did for 2006. In it she took filered water and divided it into two parts. The first part she heated to boiling in a pan on the stove, and the second part she heated to boiling in a microwave. Then after cooling she used the water to water two identical plants to see if there would be any difference in the growth between the normal boiled water and the water boiled in a microwave. She was thinking that the structure or energy of the water may be compromised by microwave. As it turned out, even she was amazed at the difference.
