Sometimes, you need to filter certain tags for your desired output. This WordPress plugin, taga.licio.us, allows you to produce a page with links from your selected tags on del.icio.us.
You can also limit displayed posts by time of day, day of week, etc. and comes with a ton of feature rich options. Also can be automated for regular updates, unattended.
